A charger is a device designed specifically for charging electronic devices. It can convert AC power into low-voltage direct current (DC) that can be used by devices, such as 5V, 9V or higher voltage for mobile phones. For charging mobile phones, tablets, laptops and other devices, it usually supports multiple voltage ranges (100-240V) and can adjust the output voltage and current according to the needs of the device.

The EU standard charger (or EU standard Adapter) uses a European standard plug and provides the common local 220-240V voltage output so that international travelers can use electronic products locally.

In Europe, standard sockets usually use Type C or Type F plugs. The European charger products supplied by Fullglory are Type C (CEE 7/16):
．Type C (CEE 7/16): Two cylindrical pins, no ground pin.

European standard chargers cannot be used directly in Taiwan because the pin shape and voltage are different. You need to use an adapter socket and confirm whether it supports global voltage. If global voltage is not supported, a transformer is required.

Countries that use European standard Type C (CEE 7/16) sockets and a voltage range of 220-240V:
．Europe: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland (both Type C and Type J are used), Portugal, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Greece, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Albania, and Macedonia.
．Non-European countries: Russia, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, Uzbekistan.
．Middle East and Africa: Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, South Africa.

Other areas using 220-240V voltage:
．Some countries in the Middle East: Lebanon and Syria.
．Some South American countries: Argentina, Uruguay (both Type C and Type I are used).
Reminder: If the device supports 100-240V voltage, the European charger can be used directly, but you still need to pay attention to whether the plug type is fully compatible.

Safety and regulations:
．BSMI mark: complies with Taiwan's safety, electromagnetic, and environmental protection regulations. Products that are not certified may not be sold in the Taiwan market.
．CE mark: complies with EU safety regulations and ensures that the product meets safety requirements.
．UL Mark: Complies with safety regulations of the United States and Canada and is an important market access condition.
