Fullglory Life | 2026 Da Nang Employee Trip Highlights & Team-Building Memories
Some people say that the true measure of a company is not just how great its products are or how impressive its performance looks on paper—it’s whether everyone is still willing to hang out together after work.
Traveling together is always an adventure.
At the office, we work side by side to meet customer expectations, keep projects on schedule, develop new products, and tackle unexpected challenges that seem to appear out of nowhere.
Away from our desks, however, we become food critics, amateur photographers, storytellers, and occasional historians uncovering long-forgotten company legends (and a few legendary embarrassing moments). 😆
We’re not just colleagues who work well together—we’re teammates who create memories together, and sometimes create future stories that will inevitably be brought up at company gatherings for years to come.
A short trip is not only about reaching a destination. It is also a chance to slow down, step away from our daily routines, enjoy a different view, and appreciate the people who have been walking alongside us throughout the journey.
After all, one person may move fast, but a team can go farther, laugh louder, and collect far more stories worth retelling.
Perhaps a great company is not defined by impressive labels or fancy titles. Instead, it is measured by the memories we carry with us years later—memories of goals achieved, challenges overcome, and countless stories shared along the way.
Thank you to every member of the Fullglory family. Your dedication makes work more than just work. Together, we grow, learn, and laugh, forming connections as strong and reliable as the precision components and connectivity solutions we create every day.
Life’s journey does not always follow the original plan, and not every photo turns out perfectly. Yet when we look back, the moments we remember most are often the unexpected ones—the laughs, the detours, and the memories created together.
Vietnam's weather was so enthusiastic that we weren't sure whether we were enjoying an employee trip or helping validate the next generation of Fullglory connectors in a real-world high-temperature, high-humidity endurance test.
The only thing missing was a test report at the end of the day. 📋😂☀️🌡️🤣
As for this group photo in front of Da Nang’s famous Pink Cathedral, we originally thought the hardest part would be getting everyone together in one place.
It turns out we were wrong. The real challenge was getting everyone’s eyes open at the exact same moment. 📸😂
But just like every project we complete together, somehow we made it happen.
And perhaps that’s what makes these moments worth remembering—not because everything went perfectly, but because we experienced them together.
